• Teacup dogs generally refer to small breeds under 5kg (11 lbs) when fully grown.

• Average adult weight is 4–8 lbs, with a lifespan of 10–15 years.

• Toy dogs typically weigh 5–10kg (10–20 lbs), with an average adult weight of 12–15 lbs.

• Choose the puppy you love.

• Once confirmed, we will sign an official agreement with you.

• After all details are verified, you will pay a 50% deposit.

• We will book the puppy’s flight and send you the flight information.

• Please call the airline to confirm the booking.

• After you confirm with the airline, please pay the remaining 50% within 24 hours.

• Then simply wait for the arrival date and pick up your puppy.

• To the United States: Puppies must be 5–6 months old.

• To Canada: Puppies must be 2–3 months old.

All puppies must:

• Receive all required vaccinations,

• Receive the rabies vaccine, and

• Pass an official health examination.

These are mandatory customs and quarantine requirements.
A puppy that does not pass the health check cannot board the airplane.

We will send you electronic copies of all documents one day before the flight.
When you pick up your puppy, the airline staff will hand you all original documents together with the puppy.

• Please download WhatsApp, book a time with us, and we will arrange a live video call for you to see the puppy.

• Some puppies are more active, others are more calm.

• Please let us know your preference, and we will help match you with the most suitable puppy.

If we currently don’t have the puppy you want:

• You may place a $1000 USD reservation fee.

• We will search for a suitable puppy from our partnered breeders.

• If you don’t like the options, you may:

  • Ask us to continue searching, or

  • Request a refund of the $1000 reservation fee.

• We work with many different breeders, so we cannot guarantee that we can match each puppy to the exact breeder or provide individual parent photos for every dog.
