Our Process

1. Book Your Consultation
   Complete our online form or call to discuss your custom project.

2. Design Presentation
   Receive two to three unique design proposals in sketch and pick one to do a 3D form.

3. Sample Approval
   Review a prototype or CAD model, adjust details, and sign off.

4. Master Craftsmanship
   Our artisans hand-fabricate and hand-set your piece for more than 1 month, the time depending on the design.

5. Delivery & Care
   We ship with a care kit, warranty card, and lifetime service plan.
