Shipping & Return
SHIPPING POLICY
Our Handmade Products can take longer to ship based on how long they take to create. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of purchase. However, it takes 1-2 months to order out-stock products.
Upon submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation number and tracking number. Some orders may take one to three months to deliver, depending on the item size, material, and country.
We offer US and worldwide shipping (taxes and fees may vary).
USPS standard shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days for domestic deliveries. Standard international shipping takes approximately 14-30 business days. There are options available for expedited shipping at checkout.
International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. Please note that 1/9 Studio does not cover these costs. Unfortunately, as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, 1/9 studio cannot advise before shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, you can contact your local customs office.
Please note all delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping courier and cannot be guaranteed. All orders shipping outside the United States may be subject to courier and/or customs delays.
1/9 Studio offers free standard domestic shipping on orders $69+ and free standard international shipping on orders $369+.
If billing and shipping addresses are provided in a language other than English, your order will be subject to a delay or cancellation.
By purchasing on our website, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. 1/9 Studio is not responsible for packages once in transit, including any damaged, lost, or tampered with packages.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURNS POLICY
Please consider that most 1/9 Studio pieces are handmade to order when you make a purchase; please do not forget to read your product description.
1/9 Studio Does NOT accept refunds or exchanges for our Jewelry and Clothing products.
In order to return, merchandise must be carefully enclosed in its original packaging, including all original packaging and documentation, and be packed and shipped in such a way as to adequately protect the delicate and fragile contents inside.
The items that are eligible for the return are the shoes and slippers only; if you are not satisfied with your order, unworn and undamaged items can be exchanged in its original condition and vendor packaging within 5-7 Business days (Including the shipping back period) after arrival.
You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must return unused condition. We will NOT accept returned goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging, or show apparent signs of use or abuse. Goods that are returned without their original packaging will not be accepted. Merchandise received by a customer as a result of an exchange is not considered a new or original order. It may only be re-exchanged at the discretion of 1/9 Studio Customer Service.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. We Do NOT refund original shipping charges.
We will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 14 days after we receive the package.
We DO NOT have the responsibility If your order arrives damaged in any way.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel the order before our products are shipped. Once the shipping label is created, we do not offer any refund or exchange.
For customer-made products, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of receipt of the order notification. If we do not receive a cancellation notice within 24 hours, we will go forward with production, and the Cancellation Policy will apply. NO cancellations are made after 24 hours, and we will charge 50% product payment. After the shipping label is created, there is NO cancellation, return, or exchange; we will NOT issue a refund.
